Overview:

Evo Voice supports both incoming and outgoing faxes.

Purchasing a Fax Number:

To begin, you need to purchase a Fax number. Navigate to the Endpoints section and click on "New Endpoint" > "Fax Number". You can search for a fax number similar to how you search for a phone number. Once purchased, proceed with configuring the flow as usual.

Fax Flows:

Fax flows are configured similarly to flows for other endpoints. However, there are specific nodes that can be used within a Fax flow. For instance, you cannot use a Dial node.

In Fax Flows, you can utilize any "logic/decision" node (e.g., time of day, etc.) and any nodes under the Fax section.

Here's a simple example of a Fax Flow that receives a fax and emails the PDF to someone:

This example employs the Receive Fax node to receive the fax and store it in a PDF file, which is then emailed to the client.
