How to Disable Phone Services and Delete Extensions for a Company in the Console
Step 1: Access the Company Profile

Log in to the EvoVoice Console with an admin account.

Navigate to Companies from the left-hand menu.

Search for and select the company you want to manage.
Step 2: Verify You Have the Right Company
- Double-check the company name and account details before making changes to avoid affecting the wrong account.
Step 3: Disable Phone Services

In the company profile, go to the Endpoints tab.

Locate the endpoints associated with the company.

Identify the phone services currently enabled for each endpoint.

Toggle the service switch to Off or select Disable Service from the action menu.

Save changes.
Step 4: Delete Extensions

While in the Endpoints tab, find the endpoint associated with the extension you want to remove.

Edit the phone number field if needed to remove or replace the assigned number.

Go to the Extensions tab under the company’s account.

Select each extension you wish to remove.

Click Delete Extension (confirm the deletion if prompted).

Repeat for all extensions that need to be removed.
Step 5: Confirm Changes
- Test by placing a call to ensure the disabled services are no longer active and that the deleted extensions are no longer reachable.
