At the top of the hierarchy is the Center. Centers represent physical locations where your organization does business.

Clients

Clients represent a business that pays for the services at a center. Each client is associated with a single center although clients may utilize the services provided at multiple centers.

Contacts

Contacts represent the individuals associated with a Client. Each contact is associated with a single client. But any client can have multiple contacts.
