Console

The phone system console is integrated into the HostedSuite portal, allowing easy access and call management. The console is broken down into several components:

Call boxes	The call boxes along the top of the screen show the active calls on the active phone.
Greeting bar	Displays the greeting for the currently selected client.
Phone Toolbar	Provides buttons for all call control functionality.
Search boxes	Allow you to quickly search for a client or contact.
Client Information	Displays information for the selected client.

Main Menu Overview

The main menu in HostedSuite v3 provides easy access to various features and settings to streamline your workflow. Here's a clear breakdown of each section:

Menu	Description

Client Info

The Client Info area provides details about the selected Client:

Left Side: Shows information about the selected Client and Contact.
Right Side: Lists all contacts within the selected Client.

Moreover, the associates section on the right displays an entry for every Contact in the selected Client. Clicking on a Contact's name activates that Contact, affecting the toolbar, visible phone numbers, etc.
