Access HostedSuite as an administrator. 2. Proceed with the following steps within HostedSuite. Create a Phone System: The settings which are important for Evo Voice are described in the following table | Setting | Description | | --- | --- | | Phone System Type | Choose Voice | | IP Address | Generally left blank unless instructed otherwise | | Devices: User Name | Set to the email address chosen during Evo Voice operator user(s) creation | | Devices: Password | Set to the password chosen during Evo Voice operator user(s) creation | 1. Navigate to Phones > Phone Systems and select New Phone System. 2. Specify Phone System Type as Voice. 3. Enter User Name and Password for each Evo Voice operator user. 4. Save the phone system configuration. Screen Pop Settings: - Default screen pop settings are recommended. Check the Allow Partial Match box.
