Logging in
To access HostedSuite, your Evo Technologies account manager will provide you with login details and a URL. The login URL follows the format:
subdomain.hostedsuite.com
Upon your initial login, you'll need to enter your Customer name, Username, and Password. This will grant you access to the HostedSuite dashboard, where you can also access the Console.
Logging in for the First Time
EvoTech assists with setting up new hosted accounts, including extension numbers for your reception staff.
The first time you log in, you'll be prompted to choose a phone:

For Live Call Handling: Select your phone or extension from the provided list. If your extension isn't listed, it might not be set up yet. In such cases, contact our Evo Support team for assistance.

For Administrative Tasks: If you'll only be making changes in settings or performing administrative tasks, choose "No Phone".
Logging out
To log out of your hosted account:

Click your account name in the left-side menu.

In the dropdown menu, select "Logout".
