Compatibility
HostedSuite connects to the Avaya Communications Manager using AES services with a DMCC/TSAPI license. Each operator phone will require 1 TSAPI license and 1 DMCC license. For example, 3 operators would need 3 licenses for each. HostedSuite connects to AES/DMCC on port 4721, which must be enabled in the Networking section of DMCC in the Avaya AES Admin website.
HostedSuite Configuration
Create a new Phone System in HostedSuite and use the following settings:

Type: Avaya

IP Address: The IP Address of the Avaya AES Server (not the IP address of the CM)

Name: Specifies the name of a switch administered through the administration web pages (AES web page > Communication Manager Interface > Switch Connections > Connection name in table)

User Name: User's name for login to the Avaya server (Configure under AES web page User Management > User Admin > Add User)

Password: User's password for login to the server

Devices > Number: The extension of the operator console you want to monitor
